The house is 1 minute away from a bus stop to Oxford City Centre. And it takes 10 minutes for the bus arrives the City Centre. From the house, a tenant needs to walk 3-5 minutes to arrive restaurants, shops, supermarket, bars and many takeaways on the Cowley road.

The double room has a good size of 10 meter squares and will be repainted for welcoming a new tenant.

This room has a big window facing to the quiet Cricket Road.

A tenant for these rooms will share the shower and toilet room with one or two other tenants. The other floors have its own bathrooms. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated a few years before.
