THE PROPERTY 🏡
You’ll have use of a kitchen, with a cooker, sink, washing machine and dishwasher. There is plenty of cupboards space as well as a large dining table and chairs. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. You will also have use of the living room where there is multiple seating and a TV. There are two shared bathrooms in the property, one on each floor. There is a shared driveway with a parking space and a locked garage for storage.

Room 3 comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, bedside table, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and table. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

Oxford City centre is also within commuting distance via public transport or by car.
