A shared house with two friendly male professionals. It is a large room at the back of the house so nice and quiet and peaceful, green view. Room will have some items in it as just a temporary let.
The maisonette has a spacious kitchen, lovely large lounge, and a lovely roof garden with table to eat outside too. There is a locked shed where a bike can be locked. The house is close to the 1 + 5 buses to town - so very convenient and easy to get to Cowley Rd and town/ train station.
All bills are included. 1 month deposit. We have a cleaner fortnightly which is £40, housemates taking turns to pay it.
