We are located in a quiet residential area off crescent road. The room is dinky but lovely and with ample storage. It’s on the ground floor and has its own direct access via french windows. It overlooks a bright south facing front garden with decked area. There’s a spotlessly clean en-suite and the kitchen is directly across the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with DW, fridge, freezer x 2, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave & oven/grill, gass hob. There is also garage secure storage for bike etc and some parking.

Myself and 2 children of 15 & 18 live here. We’re looking for a female ideally but males considered. We do have high standards of cleanliness, so someone who shares this value is a must. We’re a friendly, easy going but busy household. Any questions please get in touch.
