Hello! Our housemate is leaving us after 3 years tenancy as he's received a good job offer and needs to relocate. A lovely double room will be available from 1st of September 2026. Rent £490 (bills not included)

Assured Periodic Tenancy Agreement provided under the part 1 of the Housing Act 1988 as awarded by the Renters' Act 2025.

This is a home so we're looking for people to stay long term!
We are looking for someone who is kind, LGBTQIA+ friendly, respectful, clean/ tidy, and able to follow a simple cleaning rota. Full-time workers only (not students, sorry!). We are a very quiet household and we would love for someone with a similar vibe to share our space.

You will be sharing the house with 2 people!

Ilenia: I'm a melancholic millennial (35yo), Capricorn, work full-time in social healthcare both from home and office-based. I am easy going, calm, most of the time you'll find me at my desk playing silly games on my pc. I appreciate my own space but also like to chat and crack jokes and chat.

Charlotte: I am a queer 25 year old working in children's mental health. I love collecting antiques and I really appreciate a quiet space <3 You'll probably find me on the sofa doing little crafts.

The rent for the room £520, paid every 1st of each month.
Bills are around £170-£180 per month (Gas/Electricity (Octopus Energy), Wi-Fi (Virgin Media), Council Tax (Band D),
Water bill is paid every 6 months separately.
Deposit £500, managed directly by Landlady.

Spacious room with double bed, wooden clothes rack, wardrobe. Room is at the back of the house facing the garden, so very peaceful and quiet. Room recently painted. No carpet.

Spacious equipped kitchen, bathroom upstairs with over bath shower, comfy living area, spare room used as a office when WFH (and storage), huge garden, patio, bike storage, x2 sheds for storage. Parking available for small vehicle or on street parking. Gas central heating. EPC D65.

ABOUT THE AREA:
Bus stop in front of the house connecting to Headington/JR/Cowley/City Centre/Railway Station, close to off-license shops (one just opposite the house), pharmacy, Aldi/Sainsbury's/Lidl 15 min walk distance. Peaceful neighbours.
