We have a cosy single room available in a furnished, sociable houseshare near Cowley Road. Our house is a 5 minute walk from Cowley Road and a 30 minute walk to the centre of Oxford (even quicker by bus!).

Bills roughly come to an additional £150 p/m. This includes council tax, internet, gas, electric and water.

The house has a big open plan living room and kitchen with a TV, washing machine, dryer, two fridges and a freezer. There is reasonably-sized shared bathroom.

The room is available from September 13th.

About us: We are a group of female professionals in our mid-twenties and we are looking for a housemate who is happy to hang out together, watching TV, making dinner or going out for a drink. If that sounds like you, please get in touch, we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for another female professional, as we pay council tax and work regular office hours and sometimes work from home.
