Short let: Double room in peaceful house

Hi,
We are renting this room initially for a short let of 3-4 months, with the potential to extend.

The bedroom: Spacious, cosy double. There is a built in wardrobe with lots of storage space, a desk/table and chair, a comfortable double bed, bedside table and lamp.
£800/month
Deposit: £600
All bills and wifi included.

The house: A pretty Victorian in a quiet street in East Oxford.
There is a downstairs shower room. Double glazed windows throughout mean the house is warm and cosy.
Good sized kitchen with breakfast table and sunny living room.

Garden with patio, lawn, veggie garden.

A couple of rules -
It's a vegetarian house - you don't need to be but it's no meat or fish in the house please.
No shoes upstairs
