Sublet in Henley Street House

The room has a double bed, a beautiful wooden floor and a two large windows. It comes fully furnished with a desk, desk chair, nightstand, shelf, and a clothes rack.

The living area is very spacious, full of plants, and contains a dining table, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher. We also have a washing machine and dryer. There is also a large garden with an old vegetable patch and pond at the back and a basement which we use for extra storage.

Bills (including council tax and all utilities) come to about £150 a person (this time of year). The neighborhood is in a great location with good access to transit and shops.

Although the house share was initially set up with intentions informed by Buddhism and non-violent communication, we are open to all kinds of people. We are just looking for someone who is friendly, clean and easy to live with.
