I'm looking for a housemate to rent the second bedroom in my cozy 2-bedroom house in Cowley.

About the property:
The house is located in a quiet area with excellent transport links, local shops, and amenities nearby.
The room has a desk, a wardrobe and a double bed. We will share a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The house really feels like home rather than a shared property. It also benefits from a small garden, and a garage. Bills are included in the rent.

About me:
I am in my thirties, and I enjoy a calm and peaceful home environment. I like making friends with the people I live with, but I'm also respectful of your private life.

About you:
I'm looking for someone who will keep the property clean and tidy. I don't want loud parties at home, and I can't accept smokers either. Ideally, you should like cats or at least be able to tolerate them. If you want to bring another pet, we can talk about it.
