Lovely double room in East Oxford family home

I'm looking for a friendly, independent professional to rent a furnished double room in my home in OX4 for around 8–9 months, available from early November.

I live here with my three-year-old daughter, who is with me around 50% of the time. I'm a working professional and commute to work four days a week, working from home one day, so during the working week the house is often pretty quiet.

This is very much a home rather than a traditional house share. It's relaxed and friendly, with plenty of communal space, and I'd love to find someone who is happy to be sociable when we're both around while also having their own life and independence.

The room is a good-sized furnished double with a large wardrobe, bay window and plenty of floor space. The house has a large kitchen/dining area, living spaces, shared bathroom and garden, which is currently being completely relandscaped.

£775 per month including bills and Wi-Fi.

There is driveway parking if needed, although it would also suit someone who doesn't have a car.

I'm looking for one professional for single occupancy, ideally for around 8–9 months. This would suit someone who normally goes out to work rather than works from home, as I'm not looking for someone who will be regularly WFH from the house. No pets and non-smoker please.

Because it's my home and I have a young daughter, finding someone who is a genuinely good fit is really important to me. I'm hoping to find someone considerate, tidy, friendly and easy to live with who would enjoy living in a comfortable family home rather than a large or anonymous house share.
