About me:
- I’m single and have grown up children.
- I am welcoming, calm, outgoing, sociable and busy person.
- I enjoy walking, going to my allotment, watching documentaries and the gym.
- I work full time and this is hybrid working role. Due to the sensitive nature of my job I would need someone to be working/studying away from home.

1. The room is £650 per month and all bills are included.

2. This room has a shared bathroom and kitchen.

3. I have a big accessible garden.

4. WiFi can be used if needed.

5. Parking is on street and if necessary, off street parking can be considered as I do have a parking space.

6. The bus stop is less than a minute away from my house - the number 5, 1, and 100 very frequently come by. These buses go to the City Centre, Cowley, Headington, Brookes University and the John Radcliffe Hospital. I do believe the 100 bus would also go near the Churchill Hospital and the Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital.

7. My house has easy access to the Eastern bypass; this is going both directions towards the A34 and A40.

8. The property is within easy reach of the BMW Mini Plant, Oxford Business Parks and the Oxford Science Park.

9. My house is in a well-connected area with amenities close by; including local shops, supermarkets, parks and leisure facilities i. e. gym, swimming, bowling, cinema and restaurants etc.
