Cozy, Friendly, Veggie house near Florence park

We are a friendly, tidy veggie house looking for a new flatmate to move in from the 29th August 2026 for a long-term tenancy.

About the house 🏡

The house is a 4 bedroom with a lovely big kitchen, shared living space, and a wonderful garden. We are located near to Florence Park, a 10 minute cycle from the city centre (or with regular buses from Cowley road!). We are a 15 minute walk from the shops at Templars Square.

We have 1 double room available for rent at £535 pcm. The bathroom for this room is shared between 3 people.

Total bills typically come to ~£120pcm per person including council tax (Band E). The new flatmate would need to be willing to contribute to the council tax even if currently students!

About us 🌻

Franzi: A scissor kidnapping postdoc working on viruses, who enjoys the movies, gigs, gardening, cooking, buying books and leaving them unattended shortly after.

Ari: An italian postdoc involved in vaccines who enjoys a little bit of everything - chatting in front of a good tea or glass of wine is always mandatory. Love reading (lots), art, pub, climbing (trying at least) and spending time out with friends ✨

Jess: a professional working in sustainable food production, who loves nature and the outdoors, travel, good food, and gardening 🌱⛰️🌞

About you 🪴

We are looking for a friendly, tidy, and considerate flatmate. We are mostly vegan/vegetarian so ideally looking for fellow veggies to join us 💚. This will be a new group of people living together, but we look forward to make this a nice communal living space, with people spending time together when they're up to it.
