We have a cozy single room available for rent in our family home, perfect for a working professional or student. Ideally, we're looking for a female tenant (JR Hospital is just nearby).

The location is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside our house and easy access to Tesco, Sainsbury's, and a small shopping centre. Plus, Oxford University (BMW) is also nearby, making it an ideal spot for those working or studying in the area.
The room comes with:
- Single bed with wardrobe space
- Personal fridge freezer for your use

Important house rules:
- No smoking
- No guests/friends
- Respectful use of shared spaces, including leaving the bathroom and kitchen clean and tidy after use (please clean up after yourself)
