Room in central and modern house in Cowley

Hi everyone,

we are searching for a new housemate for our five person house share on Cowley Road from 1 August. The location is amazing as its directly on Cowley Road and very close to a Tesco, Sainsbury's and a huge selection of restaurants. You can cycle to the city centre in 8 min and to the JR hospital in Headington in less than 15 min.

The free room is the one on the ground floor facing the street, which is larger than most other bedrooms. There are two bathrooms (each with toilet, sink and shower) and two additional toilets. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washer-dryer.

We, the other housemates, are three male DPhil students doing research in Health Data Science, Mathematics, and Engineering, respectively, and one female post-doc in Maths. We are looking for anyone who is roughly our age (27-31) and wants to move in with us for the next year. The room costs £740/month plus about £60/month for bills (water, electricity, gas, internet). The council tax band is D. Professionals are welcome to apply but will need to pay council tax jointly with the postdoc for the whole property.
