Hello! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful person to take my spare double bedroom (with its own private bathroom) in a lovely, modern flat in Cowley.

£650 including bills for students.
£650 including bills EXCEPT council tax for professionals (band D)


Move in date 1st - 9th September 2026
Current maximum length of stay would be 12 months.

You’ll be sharing with just me, so I would prefer a female flatmate if possible. I rent the flat with the landlady’s full permission to rent out my spare room.

*The Room*

The room is a double with lots of light, but smaller than mine, however you do get your own bathroom a short hop up the corridor!

You will get a double bed with underbed storage, bedside table with lamp, bookcase, table and chair and an open wardrobe. Some bedding can be provided.

*The Bathroom*

The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet, with some storage space.

Limited storage elsewhere in the flat, so it may suit someone who travels light or needs a comfortable base.

*The Flat*

Spacious, open-plan living/kitchen area. New kitchen floor. Fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and tumble dryer (maintained by the landlady). Other kitchen equipment owned by me but available for use. Own cupboard and some worktop space provided. Due to kitchen size, probably not suitable for vegans or anyone with strict dietary requirements or allergies

I have furnished the majority of the flat and own most of the electrical stuff and all the furniture. I love vintage and antique stuff so the flat is full of retro trinkets.

No less than 6 different bus routes pass by the end of the road towards central Oxford and the train station. Very close to Cowley Science Park and some buses go to the JR and other hospitals. Parking space and lockable bike shed. Buses about 20 mins into town, cycling only 10-15 minutes. Very close to Cowley Road too.

*About Me*
I am a professional working full time for the university. Usually when I get in I want to chill out and eat but I'm always up for a chat. I work from home one day a week. I also have a partner who visits sometimes at weekends.
