I’m looking for a lodger for a large, light-filled loft room in my well-furnished terraced house in East Oxford. The loft room is quiet, has lovely views and has recently been painted and the floor boards sanded and varnished. The whole house is finished to a high standard and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

You'll be sharing with one other female professional. Preference will be given to someone who does not work permanently from home.

You’ll have access to a new and clean shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, both used only by you and me. There’s also a private, peaceful garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors now the summer months are approaching!

This is a quiet home—ideal for someone who values a calm environment. It’s not a party house. There is good storage so you can have your own cupboard for food storage etc. I'm offering a lodger arrangement rather than a housemate set-up.

The location is fantastic— quick bike ride into town centre, a few mins from Iffley Rd Uni sports facilities/ gym, close to lovely pubs and 2 mins from the cafés of Magdalen Road and all the charm of East Oxford. Best suited to someone quiet, tidy and mature, and not for anyone needing to work from home full-time.
