It’s a 10–12 minute walk to Cowley Road Tesco and the coaches to London and the airports, with South Park events on your doorstep. The room is a decent‑sized first‑floor double, right next to the bathroom and away from the kitchen. The house is a mid‑terrace with quiet neighbours and has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a recently updated kitchen and doubel glazing, a back garden, and a driveway with space for two cars.

Housemates are clean, friendly, and respectful (a mix of graduate students and professionals). Bills are not included and come to roughly £100 per month. The property is in Council Tax Band D. The landlady is responsive, caring, and hands‑off (she doesn’t live at the property but is quick to resolve any issues).

The current housemates are a mix of postgraduate students and professionals. We’re looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate, who will help look after the shared spaces and is happy to chat in the kitchen or join for the occasional pub or dinner. Professionals and postgraduate students welcome.
