Hello, a double room on the ground floor of our house is available on May 1 (dates around here are a little flexible).
The room is fully furnished and all bills (including BT business internet) are included. The ground floor consists of the room, a toilet and the kitchen / living area. Both the first and second floor have showers.
The house are all friendly and we often like to go bouldering or to the pub together (I will still be in the house just another room).
A parking spot outside the house is available as well as bike locks in the back garden.
