Spacious double bedroom sublet in central cowley

Subletting my lovely room in Rectory Road for the summer months from May-August 28th, the date my tenancy ends.

I am moving into college accommodation then I am based abroad from June-September, so you can have the space all for yourself ⭐️

It is a very lovely room, the best in the houseshare. You will be living with friends of mine, who are all recent graduates from Oxford and Leeds, working in professional jobs. Everyone is friendly, considerate and respectful of personal space.

It is a wonderful place to live for a student/young professional- right next to the popular Star Pub and Truck Records store are your locals. Very popular with artistic students/muscians and creatives. You are also based near the lovely south parks which is great for a picnic/run 😊🌻

I would ideally like an individual who can stay the full 5 month term, and would make preferences based on dates given to me. All rent will be transferred to me via direct debit and I will pay the landlord directly each month.

The sublet is agreed through NOPS who are very kindly happy with the arrangement.
