Spacious double bedroom sublet in central cowley

Subletting my lovely room in Rectory Road for the summer months from July-August 28th, the date my tenancy ends.

I am moving to Jericho to be closer to my faculty :)

It is a very lovely room, the best in the houseshare ⭐️ You will be living with friends of mine, who are all young professionals/recent grads from Oxford. Everyone is lovely and friendly, considerate and respectful of personal space.

It is a wonderful place to live for a student/young professional- the amazing Star Pub and Truck Records store are your locals, would very much recommend this street ☀️

You will also based near the lovely south parks which is great for a picnic/run in the summer evenings! 😊🌻

All rent will be transferred to me via direct debit and I will pay the landlord directly each month.

The sublet is agreed through NOPS who are very kindly happy with the arrangement.
