Hello! I am moving and looking for someone to take over my room in a 4 person house on Morrell Ave.
Rent is 855 per month. All other bills including council tax bring the monthly total to just under 1000 per month.
The august 14 move out date is firm as someone else will be moving into the room
About the house:
-two bathrooms
-located about 20 seconds from the Stone St bus stop
-full bed
-clean and comfortable house with good light
-the three current housemates are professional women in their mid 20s
About you:
-either a professional or student who is willing to pay council tax
-priority will be given to someone who is interested in the room for the full three month duration (May 13-August 14)
-looking for someone clean, tidy, and friendly 🙂
