Cozy Room with Double Bed

Furnished bedroom with double bed

I’m moving out of my room and looking for someone to take over in this warm and welcoming house.

You’ll be living with two super friendly and hospitable housemates. The overall atmosphere is calm and easy-going, with a nice balance between social time and personal space. People are happy to chat and spend time together, but equally respectful if you prefer to keep to yourself.

About the room:

-Double bed (mattress provided, with blanket and pillows – you would need your own covers)
-Desk, suitable for working or studying
-Mirror
-Plenty of storage space for clothes and books

The room is a comfortable size and works well as both a sleeping and working space.

About the house:

-Bright, comfortable living room with lots of natural light
-Fully equipped kitchen with good storage
-Dining area suitable for shared meals
-Garden
-Overall very homely feel

House vibe:
We usually have a weekly pizza night, which is a nice way to catch up as a house. On weekends there are sometimes guests over, but it’s always relaxed. At the same time, you can always retreat to your room and have your own quiet space.

Important – vegetarian household:
his is an Indian vegetarian household, so no meat, fish, or eggs are allowed in the house, including products containing them. You don’t have to be vegetarian or vegan yourself, but within the house everything is kept vegetarian (dairy is fine, but no eggs).

Looking for:
Someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with who would enjoy a calm and friendly home environment.
