Hi! I have a free room on Rectory Road from August 1st until the 27th.
The room has a double bed, lots of storage, and a lot of natural light. The house itself is lovely - with two bathrooms, a big, bright kitchen and living area, and lovely garden. The best thing about the house is the location - right in the heart of Cowley and a 10-15 minute into the city centre. You would be sharing with 3/4 housemates, who are friendly and fun, and a mix of students and professionals.
Rent is £690, not including bills. The move in date would preferably be as soon as possible. I’d be happy to discuss this in more detail!
