Double Room in Central Cowley Available for Summer

Hi! I’m due to move out of my house on Rectory Road at the end of May and am looking for someone to move in.

The room has a double bed, lots of storage, and a lot of natural light. The house itself is lovely - with two bathrooms, a big, bright kitchen and living area, and lovely garden. The best thing about the house is the location - right in the heart of Cowley and a 10-15 minute into the city centre. You would be sharing with 3/4 housemates, who are friendly and fun, and a mix of students and professionals.

Rent is £690, not including bills. The move in date could be anytime between mid-May to the start of June, up until the end of August. I’d be happy to discuss this in more detail!
