One very large furnished double room (approx 17x12') will be available from 14th June in our friendly house share near central Oxford.

The house:
A large clean and tidy Victorian House, with five bedrooms, spread over four floors with a large modern, communal kitchen, living and dining area. There are 2 bathrooms; one with a shower, one with a bath with shower over bath, and a separate cloakroom. There is a utility/laundry area, and a large back garden that gets lots of sun during the day.

The house is very well located at the city end of the Cowley Rd, within a few minutes’ walk from the Plain roundabout and St Clements. We’re about 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre, and bus stops for train station, London, and the main airports are 3-4 minutes away.

The room & rent:
This large double bedroom will become available from 14th June. The rent is £1,000 pcm and includes all utility bills: gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence, broadband, gardener, and a weekly clean of the communal areas. A private landlord owns the property.

The current housemates are 4 women and 1 man. We are all professionals aged between 23-31 years old who get along well. We're looking for a housemate (professionals only!) who is outgoing and friendly, as well as tidy and considerate.
