Sunny room in 2 bedroom 2 bath Cowley flat ☀️

Hi, my flatmate is moving to London so I’m looking for someone to move in to our 2 bedroom flat on Reliance way.

The flat is on the 3rd floor and gets loads of sun in the afternoon and evening. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so you would get your own bathroom. Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area. It comes with a parking space (I don’t have a car so it’s all yours) and lockable bike parking and the building has a lift. Located just off Cowley road so Florence park, Cowley centre and Magdalen road are all close by. It’s about 30 minute walk to the high street and there’s a bus stop right outside.

You’ll be living with me, a 31 year old working as a researcher. I’m quite busy so I’m out a lot but when I’m home I like to cook, read, knit and linoprint. I like a mix of social and quiet time at home! I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do. Generally pretty chill as long as communication is good. LGBTQ+ friendly house 🏳️‍🌈

Looking for someone respectful and friendly to join me and make a cosy home. It would be great if you were up for a dinner or coffee and a chat here and there, but also respect alone time. Ideally not a student for council tax reasons but we can talk.

Currently rent is £775/month but could increase slightly TBC. Other bills have been around £175/month each this year. You would need to pass referencing to complete the tenant swap. Move in date flexible.
