Double room in cheerful spacious flat!

We are two professional women living in a cheerful spacious and modern flat in Cowley, looking for a third. It would suit a female professional or postgraduate student, however note that this would require paying council tax as this is not a student flat. The room is a double, with additional storage, and a large bathroom shared with just one other person. The flat has excellent sized living spaces - dining area off kitchen, living room with sofas, kitchen, utility - and is bright and well-maintained. We are friendly and relaxed, occasionally eat together but do our own thing, and the house is in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. The street has amazing views of Oxford, and is 20 minute walk (5 minute cycle) to Cowley shops, and less than 10 to the shops at Temple Cowley.
