Quiet and Cosy Double Bedroom in Cowley

Hello !

A small and cosy double bedroom has become available in our friendly houseshare as I'm leaving the flat after two years in the house.

The room itself is a small but very cosy and fully furnished double bedroom in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of Cowley. The room comes at around 750 pounds (inclusive of all bills and council tax).

You’ll be sharing the flat with Connor (27), finishing his Master’s degree in theology, Nicolas who just completed his PhD in history, and Daniel (29) who just completed his PhD in Material Science. The place is a very laid-back and clean household that enjoys both socialising (often enjoying some gaming on the Switch, watching movies and occasionally cooking together) in the house while also being respectful of each other’s privacy.

The house itself is very homely, there's a lovely communal space and a cute little garden.

The neighbourhood is fantastic there's access to a plethora of local coffee shops and stores as well as the Ultimate Picture Palace, the oldest independent cinema in Oxford which is just 30 seconds from the flat.

Ideally, we’d be looking for a laid back and clean flatmate of a similar age range willing to pay for council tax as we’re all exiting the council-tax exempt bracket (rip).
