Double room summer sublet near Cowley Rd

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from mid-June to mid-July (or possibly August). Agent/landlord happy are on board. Rent is £930 per month, including all bills and council tax (band E). Single occupancy only.

The house is located on a quiet residential street just 5 min walk from Cowley Road — a very convenient and popular area with lots of cafés, restaurants, pubs, grocery shops, pharmacies, GP surgeries, and frequent buses to the city centre and train station. The location is also ideal for people working or studying at the hospitals or Oxford Brookes, with easy cycling and bus connections to the JR, Churchill, NOC, and Brookes campuses.

The room is a spacious first-floor double at the back of the house, with a lovely view overlooking the garden. The house itself is very comfortable and includes:

* Washer & dryer
* Two bathrooms (each with shower)
* Large back garden with picnic table
* Shed for bike storage with easy access via the back gate

You’d be living with three friendly postgrads/professionals in their mid-20s. They’re all biologists with interests including cooking, gardening, and sports. The house is sociable but respectful — everyone has their own routines and space.
