I am moving out of my room in St Clements, and need someone to replace me.
The Room is available from May 31st, but rent etc. will start on June 10th. Bills are not included but roughly add up to ~£100-£150 a month
The house is in the lovely area of St Clements, a 2 min walk away from Cowley Road (near ample bus stops) and a 10 min walk from the City Centre.
The current household is composed of 2 young professionals, a DPhil student and a post-doc. All of whom are lovely and always available for a chat, but also respect your privacy.
