Single room to sublet off Cowley Road - 550£

I'm moving to London and need someone to take over my room for the month of July and the first week of August, so July 1st to August 14th.

It's a furnished single room with a desk, cupboards and a pretty sizeable closet.

The house includes two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower) and a shower, as well as a living room, kitchen and a patio. The kitchen has two fridges and there's a washing machine and dryer as well.

We're on 59 Marston street so just off Cowley Road and pretty close to the city center (15-minute walk).

Rent for the room would be 550 pounds per month, not including bills which should be around 80 pounds/month (including council tax as we're all about to graduate).
