Summer Sublet (Extension Possible), Friendly House

Looking for a female to take over my large furnished double room on Divinity Road, Cowley, available from 1st July to 31st August in our friendly house share near central Oxford.

The house:

A large clean and tidy Victorian House, with five bedrooms on two floors with a large modern, communal kitchen, a large living Room and a garden. There are 2 bathrooms both with a shower and a toilet. You will have your own bathroom on the ground floor (I listed the room as en-suite but the bathroom is not attached to the room). Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are all available in the house.

The house is very well located in Cowley, within a 3 minutes’ walk to Tesco, and a 30 seconds walk to Co-op. We’re about a 10 minutes cycle from the city centre (Cornmarket Street), and there's a bus stop 1 minute away from the house. It's a 15 minute walk from the airport bus station on St Clement Street.

The room & rent:

This large double bedroom will become available from 1st July to 31st August. Continuing the lease is possible. The rent is £800 per month, including all utility bills: gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband.

The current housemates are 4 women, all working/studying at the University of Oxford. We are all in our 20s and get along well. We're hoping to have someone who is outgoing and friendly, as well as tidy and considerate to takeover my room during the summer.
