I am looking for someone (preferably female) to fill a double room available in my two bed house in Cowley. Monday-Friday/half week rentals will also be considered. Price includes all bills.
The house
The double room is furnished with a bed, drawers and wardrobe. The house has a bright lounge and kitchen and large garden, which is lovely in the sun. A parking permit can be applied for.
Location
I am 2 minutes from a bus stop with multiple buses into central Oxford. Florence park, Magdelen Road and Cowley Road are short walks away. Its an 15 min walk or 5 min cycle to Tescos (Cowley Road) and Sainsburys/Lidl (Templars Shopping Park)
I'm 37 yrs old and work in public health (wfh 1-2 days a week). I am easy-going, social, enjoy making the most of my non-working time and am pretty active (running/swimming/cycling). It would be great to have someone similar in the house. .
