Hello,

We are looking for a fifth roommate in our spacious 5-bedroom house.

This large double room is fully furnished with a desk and plenty of storage. You will be sharing the kitchen, which is fully equipped, a very cozy living room conservatory and a garden - perfect for those summer BBQs. This room also shares the upstairs bathroom with two others ( the remaining rooms are ensuite). There is an additional toilet on the ground floor. The house has two parking spots available (one is already taken) and has access to permit parking.

The house is conveniently located just off Cowley Road, within walking distance to many shops and has access to major bus routes. The city centre is a 15 minute bike ride, 35 minute walk or 20 minute bus. We are also very close to green spaces like Cowley Marsh and Florence Park.

About us:
We are four female professionals who's interests include; cooking, baking, sports and outdoor activities, music and theater. We are looking for a tidy and respectful housemate, who enjoys time alone but would also like to take part in the occasional social activity (such as the occasional games night) and hang out in our shared spaces!

Bills:

All bills are included excluding council tax (approximately £55 pppm) and TV licence.
