Double Room in Queer Household, Near Florence Park

Hi all! My housemate will be moving out to continue their studies closer to the city centre, so their room will be available from 1st July this year. We're looking for other queer people who'd like a peaceful place to stay.

Rent is £710, including bills (this was up slightly from last year).

The room is fairly big with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. There is also a shared kitchen, two bathrooms (with a shower in each) and living room opening onto a garden. There's plenty of space to park bikes and the area is very cycle-friendly, plus the street is very quiet.

The house is 15-20mins from centre (by bus or bike), and is a short walk away from some corner shops, a pharmacy, Florence Park and The Kidneys.

You'll be living with three professional housemates, all in their 20s and queer who respect each other's privacy. Our landlord is very responsive and friendly but not overbearing. We'd be more than happy to get to know you, answer any questions and organise a viewing! Many thanks
