Currently looking for someone to replace myself in this 4 bedroom shared house. I have lived here for over 3 years and have absolutely loved it. Ideally looking for someone with common interests and also someone who is sociable. We tend to go for dinners / walks and play board games together but we are also quite independent.

This spacious double bed room faces the street and gets a lot of natural light in, it comes with a closet, a desk, a bedside table and a cabinet. Rent is £588 and bills vary each month but is usually around £75-£100 including council tax, water, WiFi, gas and electricity.

The property has 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen, living room and garden which we use a lot especially during the summer for bbqs and dinners.

There is also both on and off street parking available, with easy access to a gym, a big shopping centre and bus stop to town, it’s also a 15 minute cycle to the centre.
