Double Room in a Friendly Cowley Share House – £700pcm (Female Houseshare)

We're looking for someone new to join our little household in Cowley. It's a lovely double room in a warm, sociable house share with two friendly housemates (a PhD student and a working professional).

- About the House
The house has a friendly and easy-going vibe. We're all working full time (or studying!), so weekdays can be busy, but we like catching up in the kitchen, hanging out in the living room, and making the most of the patio when the weather is nice.

We're a clean house and keep on top of chores together, sharing things out rather than leaving it all to one person. That said, we're not precious about it (if a dish is left out overnight it's not the end of the world!!). We're just looking for someone who's tidy, considerate, and happy to help out with chores and the occasional yap sesh.

~ Room: £700 per month
~ Bills: approx. £130–£150/month (includes wifi and council tax)

- Location
Cowley is a vibrant, friendly area with bus stops and a supermarket just moments away. It's about a 20-minute walk into Oxford city centre, or 10 minutes on the bus.

- Other Stuff!
This is a female-only household, and we're ideally looking for a working professional or postgrad. Students are welcome to apply too, as long as you're friendly and up for fitting in with the house vibe. Sorry, no pets (allergies!!)
