Hi!
I have a room Available from August 15th for a month sublet or a lease takeover until December/Jan time. My roommate is moving out and I would love to have someone take over the lease until December/Jan but open to discuss a shorter term stay.
I am doing a PhD and spend most of my time at yoga, cooking and out playing sports/with friends.
Bills are 70ish a month (wifi + electiricty)
