Friendly Student House Cowley, looking for 1 more!

We're a house of five looking for a sixth housemate, as one of our current housemates is moving out. As this is a student-only let, we're looking for another student to join us.

We're a laid-back, friendly house that enjoys having a comfortable home to come back to. Everyone has their own routines, so it's generally a peaceful house where people can unwind after work or uni. The house has plenty of shared space, including a spacious living room, dining area, and a lovely garden that's great for relaxing.

The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridges, 2 freezers, and 2 ovens, so there's plenty of room for everyone. We also have a washer and dryer, plus one bathroom, one separate shower room, and one additional toilet.

The room available is one of the largest in the house - on the top floor, with a double bed, table, wardrobe and set of drawers. It has large windows looking to the center of Oxford and has lots of natural light!

The house is in a great location in Cowley, within easy walking distance of Tesco and Iffley Road Sports Centre, with good transport links into the city centre etc.

We're looking for someone friendly, respectful, and happy to be part of a relaxed household. We'd really love for someone who appreciates a clean, comfortable home and is considerate of shared spaces. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
