Spacious Double Room Available in Lovely House

I'm unfortunately moving out of this wonderful houseshare after 1.5 years, to live with my partner.

£695 - all bills are included, including Council Tax and wifi!

The house is a lovely balance of sociable and respectful of personal space. It's very easy to get home from a long day and have a chat with a few of the housemates, or just as easily wander off for an early night's sleep.

Our housemates are quite active, often off to climbing classes, football, running and swimming. Don't be surprised if you get roped into one of these activities! Every now and then we also spend evenings together watching TV, playing some board games as well as having meals together!

The house is equipped with everything you need, from a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier to a gas hob and hammock stand! The room has a double bed and comes fully furnished with all the required items. It has a lovely bay window so lots of light!

The house has five young professionals and the current gender ratio (without me) is one girls and four guys. We're ideally looking for someone who's sociable, between the ages of 23 and 29, and unfortunately only open to students if you're a post-grad.

The security deposit is 5 week's rent (£802), and there is a £50 admin fee for transfer of tenancy at end of tenancy.
