Hi - I am an undergraduate Engineer at Oxford Brookes looking to find another student to replace my housemate and to join my lease for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The mid-terrace house is in a great location on a quiet road and near to Cowley Road with good access to the city centre and to both universities.

It is fully furnished with a downstairs toilet and first floor bathroom with shower. Alongside the two good size bedrooms, there is also a third spare room/office. There’s a large living room/diner, fitted kitchen with appliances and gas central heating.

There is also one allocated parking space and a bike storage area plus a small patio.

This property is perfect for a tidy and friendly student aged 18-25. I am looking for someone to join the lease ASAP as the lease starts on August 27th 2026. I'm happy to answer any questions or chat. Thanks!
