We're four 4th-year students looking for a 5th housemate to fill a last minute spot! [photos incoming / available on request]
We're looking for another student, ideally in their 4th year or undertaking a Master's. Some of us are vegetarian and LGBTQ+; none of us smoke.
The house is a 5-bed just off St Clement's, about 20 mins walk from the city centre! It has 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, living room, 5 bedrooms, and a small garden. We haven't yet assigned bedrooms, so the photos are of the whole house. Rent is approximately £780/month, excluding bills.
The room is available from 11th September 2026, for 11 months, though this is flexible given the Renters Rights Act. However, we're looking for someone to fill the room for this length of time anyway.
