En-suite room available in a two-bedroom ground floor flat in Temple Cowley. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, drawers, desk and built-in closet, and has a en-suite with shower. The rest of the flat consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area, with access out into a shared outdoor space. There is only one other tenant (me), with a room and separate bathroom. Would suit a young professional or PhD student working at the hospitals or in the city centre. Rent is £750 with bills coming to ~£250 a month each. This includes the council tax (band D), gas, electricity, water and WiFi, so would be lower for students.

- Stops for buses going towards the hospitals or along Cowley Road into the city centre are about 5 mins away, or it’s a 15-20min bike ride.
- Outside bike storage available.
- Close to Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Aldi. PureGym and Gym Group gyms also within walking distance.
- GP surgery and library also just down the road.
- The flat has an assigned parking spot which you would have all to yourself
- Spacious and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, air fryer, microwave etc.

About me: I’m 27 and fairly new to Oxford. I’m quiet, tidy, and into reading, knitting, and baking (meaning sweet treats on occasion!). I’m happy to be social and go for a pub/cinema trip or chat over dinner, but equally respect personal space and down time.
