Bright and Spacious Double Bedroom in a Cosy House

Advertising this lovely double bedroom in a very cosy flat in the heart of Cowley that has been my home for the last five years as I will be leaving Oxford at the end of the month.

The room is spacious, gets a lot of sunlight and comes fully furnished. There’s a double bed, plenty of storage space and a wooden floor.

The flat itself is in the heart of Cowley, yet the street is very quiet. You’ll be close to a plethora of local stores and restaurants and a few seconds away from the Ultimate Picture Palace (you can literally brew a cup of tea in the living room and bring it to the cinema should you fancy!). We have a cute little garden that can and has hosted many a bbqs. The flat is a 10/15 mins walk to the city centre (5mins if you cycle). The bathroom is shared between 3 people as one of the room is ensuite.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a group of clean and laid-back flatmates. Henry, 28yo PhD student in Literature; Connor, 28yo pursuing an MPhil in Theology and Daniel 29yo who’s just graduated from a PhD in Material Science. We like to socialize together with the occasional meal/dinner, boardgames, movie in the living room but are also mindful of each other’s privacy and space. We’d be looking for a clean and chill person of a similar age range.

The room will be available from October 1st and the rent comes at 825£ all included.
