Garden facing double room for rent on Cowley Road

Hi all! We are looking for a fourth tenant to replace me in our lovely house in Cowley, as I am relocating for a new job. You will be joining two young professionals, Frankie and Izzy, and Freya, who is currently writing up her DPhil thesis.

The rent will be £691 per month. (+ ~£120 bill, including council tax). The house is in Cowley, close to Peloton Espresso and Cowley roundabout, with easy access to the city centre. It is a three-storey house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and garden. (Please get in touch if you want to see more pictures of the communal areas).

The bedroom available is on the second floor and faces the garden. The house originally came unfurnished, but I would be happy to pass on some of my furniture to you if that would be useful! The unfurnished room comes with a built in closet.

This will be a tenancy swap, so you will be formally added to the tenancy agreement in my place. There will be a reference check through the estate agent. The room would be available from 8th October , subject to the tenancy change being approved and the relevant checks being completed.

We are looking for someone who is queer-friendly, cat-loving, easy-going and tidy. My flatmate has a very cute cat called Moka, who loves hanging out with everyone and adventuring in the garden 🐈

Ideally, we would want a non-student because of council tax. ( Students are welcome to enquire if you are willing to contribute to council tax). We are also looking for someone who is renting long term (>10/12 months).
