I have a room available in a lovely two-bedroom flat in East Oxford (Cowley). My roommate is moving out from 16 December, and I'd love someone to take over the lease with me. I'm open to discussing a shorter-term stay as well (btwn 1-3 months).

I'm a recent graduate from the University of Oxford, currently working in research. I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors/with friends, yoga, and exploring cafés. I'm hoping to find someone who's tidy, respectful and easy-going, and enjoys a calm and friendly home.

The flat is cosy, tidy and well looked after, with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, garden/patio, and a shared bathroom. It's in a great location with easy access to the city centre, Cowley Road and public transport.

💷 Bills are usually around £70-£80 per month (including Wi-Fi and electricity).
