Two Rooms available off cowley road!

Hi everyone!

We are looking for 2 friendly n sociable people (ideally female/enby to keep the previous balance!) to join our fully furnished 4 bed, 2 bath house on Hurst St off Cowley Road from the December 12th. Both the house and the two bedrooms are spacious with tons of storage, with an open plan kitchen/living area and balcony which faces South Parks.

To make sure we give our letting agency enough time for processing the change in tenancy, we would like to find people before November 12th - don't hesitate if you like the look of the place!

The rent is ~780pcm for the larger of the two rooms and ~750pcm for the smaller (bills not incl, but usually come to ~150pp in summer and ~200pp in winter).

You would be joining 2 housemates (30M + 29M, George and Charlie) who love the pub, holidays, gigs, and more fun obscure hobbies that you can find out about in the viewing 😁 We're planning to sort viewings for next week (and the week after if necessary) - both in person/virtual is fine with us!
