Student room on Cowley Road – Dec to Mar/Apr

Room available in a 5-person student houseshare on Cowley Road, Oxford, while I’m away for a few months.

Available from 28 Nov / 1 Dec until late March or early April, with some flexibility on the exact dates. Rent is £695 pcm.

You’d be living with four other students in an established, friendly houseshare. The house has multiple bathrooms, so bathroom sharing is limited, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a courtyard with space to store bikes.

The house is very close to The Plain roundabout and within easy walking distance of Oxford city centre.

Full-time students only, to maintain the house’s Council Tax exemption.

This is an authorised temporary arrangement through our letting agent, so the successful applicant will need to complete their standard referencing and Right to Rent checks.
