2 Rooms available on Cowley Road

We are looking for two new housemates for our five-person house share on Cowley Road. The location is amazing, as it's directly on Cowley Road and very close to Tesco, Sainsbury's and a huge selection of restaurants. You can cycle to the city centre in 8 minutes and to the JR Hospital in Headington in less than 15 minutes.

We have two rooms available:
- **Room 1 (£740/month):** A spacious room on the second floor, the biggest bedroom on that floor.
- **Room 2 (£700/month):** A cosy room on the third floor.

There are two bathrooms (each with a toilet, sink and shower) and two additional toilets. The two available rooms share one of the bathrooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washer-dryer.

The current housemates are one male PhD student in Engineering, one female PhD student in Physics, and one male housemate who has just submitted his PhD thesis in Data Science. We're all around 26 years old and are looking for two friendly people of a similar age who would like to move in with us.

Bills are around **£60/month per person** (water, electricity, gas and internet).
