Double Room to rent with lovely housemates

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from mid-January in a 5 bed house with lovely housemates!
The house has 3 bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room, a big garden, a washer, dryer, basement storage, covered bike storage and parking permits available.
The room is fully furnished with a good quality bed, chest-of-drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, and desk. One great perk of this room is that it is nice and warm in winter but keeps very naturally cool even on hottest summer days!
It is a 15 min walk from the city centre and 3 min walk from Cowley Road tescos.
All the housemates are PhD/ PGCE students who often socialise together but also do their own thing. The communal areas are always kept clean with a relaxed trust-based cleaning system :)
As all the other housemates are students, if you are a non-student, council tax brings total rent+bills+council tax to £804/month.
