Bright, double attic room

The bedroom

Currently on the search for a new housemate. The house itself is a gem, a classic terraced oxford house in St Clements at the bottom of Headington hill by the park

The room is a delightful good sized double in the attic. It has plenty of storage space and is wonderfully bright. It will be furnished with just the bed but feel free to bring in your own furniture.

The kitchen is unusual as there is a kitchen galley look to it. There's plenty of room and we tend to share cups, glasses, pans etc. There are also a couple of ninja cookers and 2 fridges

There is no living room but there is a small sitting room with a table and currently frozen cocktail maker.

The garden is small but does have a table and a hanging egg chair ( apparently that's what it's called.

We have the one bathroom which is in good condition and with everyone's different timings we don't have that morning rush with people queuing .

There is parking on the street outside the house if you organise a permit through the council.

The Room is £645 a month including all bills, The landlord is a top man and looks after the house himself if there are ever any problems.

Deposit is £645

We would love to have someone who is friendly, relaxed, and doesn't mind getting involved with a little cleaning from time to time.
