Rent £700 per calendar month. This includes bills (utilities and council tax), and shared use of kitchen (including washing machine), bathroom, downstairs cloakroom with shower, sitting room, garden, off-road parking, bicycle storage.

Located on the west side of Didcot, near to Great Western Park and buses to Harwell campus.

Walking times to various amenities (according to Google):
- corner shop (groceries) 2 minutes
- bus stop (for Harwell / Wantage) 6 minutes
- Coop/Sainsbury's 8 minutes
- Asda supermarket 11 minutes
- Didcot Parkway station 21 minutes
- Orchard Centre 22 minutes

To share house with live-in householder and one other lodger.

Wifi (unlimited fibre) is provided, but there is no television. If you bring a television you will need to pay for the licence.

On request, a desk or larger table could be provided in place of the existing one. (There is space for this below the window if the bed is put alongside the wall near the door.)

Apologies but I do not accept smokers, even if you do not smoke in the house. This does not apply to users of e-cigarettes but I would still request that it is done outside.
